   • Outdoor Unit: Mitsubishi MXZ-3C30NAHZ2-U1, 28,400 BTU variable output inverter heat pump.

     • MSZ-FS09NA wall mount with FLIR and AutoVane (basement).

• Integrity checks on all connections, nitrogen pressure testing of refrigeration circuits, and vacuuming of refrigerant lines to under 500 microns.

• Proper charging of systems with R-410A refrigerant to manufacturer specifications.

• Completion of necessary low-voltage wiring for HVAC controls and sensors.

• Proper tagging and labeling of all affected shutoffs.
