Now Hiring Senior Commercial HVAC Technicians

Denommee Plumbing, HVAC & Electric is now hiring senior Commercial HVAC Technicians to support our continued growth. We are a stable, family-owned company (est. 1999) with a strong reputation, modern fleet, and consistent year-round work.

Who We Want
A seasoned commercial tech who can work independently, diagnose complex system issues, and handle service and installation in commercial environments. This is not an entry-level or apprentice role.

Commercial HVAC Technician (5+ Years Experience)
Pay: $35–$50+/hr (DOE – top pay for top commercial techs)
Location: Massachusetts & Southern NH | Full-Time | Field Position

Commercial-Focused Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Service and troubleshoot RTUs, split systems, VRF/VRV, ductless, heat pumps, and controls
  • Work with commercial electrical, controls, and building automation interfaces
  • Perform commercial PMs and system inspections
  • Lead or support commercial equipment installs and change-outs
  • Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions to customers

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years Commercial HVAC field experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
  • Strong electrical and controls knowledge
  • Ability to read and interpret commercial wiring diagrams and schematics
  • EPA Certification & Refrigerant License
  • Valid driver’s license with clean record
  • Ability to work independently and professionally with customers

Strong Plus

  • VRF / Mitsubishi / commercial heat pump experience
  • High-efficiency boiler / hydronic experience (gas or oil)
  • BAS / controls familiarity
