Now Hiring Senior Commercial HVAC Technicians
Denommee Plumbing, HVAC & Electric is now hiring senior Commercial HVAC Technicians to support our continued growth. We are a stable, family-owned company (est. 1999) with a strong reputation, modern fleet, and consistent year-round work.
Who We Want
A seasoned commercial tech who can work independently, diagnose complex system issues, and handle service and installation in commercial environments. This is not an entry-level or apprentice role.
Commercial HVAC Technician (5+ Years Experience)
Pay: $35–$50+/hr (DOE – top pay for top commercial techs)
Location: Massachusetts & Southern NH | Full-Time | Field Position

Commercial-Focused Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Service and troubleshoot RTUs, split systems, VRF/VRV, ductless, heat pumps, and controls
- Work with commercial electrical, controls, and building automation interfaces
- Perform commercial PMs and system inspections
- Lead or support commercial equipment installs and change-outs
- Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions to customers
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years Commercial HVAC field experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
- Strong electrical and controls knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret commercial wiring diagrams and schematics
- EPA Certification & Refrigerant License
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to work independently and professionally with customers
Strong Plus
- VRF / Mitsubishi / commercial heat pump experience
- High-efficiency boiler / hydronic experience (gas or oil)
- BAS / controls familiarity
