  • Mounting the outdoor condenser on a raised, sound-absorbing assembly.

  • Installing two indoor units with insulated line sets and wall armor-flex.

  • Encasing exterior line sets in white pipe/line-hide casing for aesthetics and protection.

  • Charging the system with R-410A refrigerant and verifying all connections for integrity.

  • Completing necessary low and line voltage wiring for HVAC controls and sensors.

  • Installing a double pole breaker in the existing circuit breaker panel.

  • Installing a 60A non-fused disconnect at the outdoor condenser location.

  • Properly tagging and labeling all affected shutoffs.

  • Commissioning the system to manufacturer specifications and registering for full warranty.

  • Cleaning up the work area and providing the homeowner with operation and warranty documentation.​
